Fraps is very good at keeping high quality, but maybe, as you don't have a dual core cpu perhaps, it is reverting to capturing half-size (thus losing quality) as the resolution you have selected isn't supported due to your cpu. -

I don't get why they don't just remove agent quality, or at least have only three tiers, ie. -15 for 0.8+, quality 0 for 0.5+, quality 15 for -.4 and below. That way instead of flocking towards all the high quality agents people can choose from a...

Cloaked ships of any sort should never appear on the ship scanner Covert Ops cloaks should either have a huge deviancy for scan probe result or be entirely exempt. Non-covert cloaks should be probable... /me personal opinion -

I think this is a great idea, it removes the safety blanket associated with idle or AFK cloaking but doesn't hinder general cloak use or require stupid 'fuel'. Legitimate use of covops will not be affected, a recon or covops pilot can change saf...
